Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using Waaala (“the app”), developed by Archetypal Labs, LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Waaala, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Waaala is a nutrition tracking app that uses artificial intelligence to estimate the nutritional content of food from photos. Nutritional estimates are approximations and should not be relied upon for medical, dietary, or health decisions.
3. Not Medical Advice
Waaala provides estimates only. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie and macro estimates may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for dietary or health decisions.
4. Subscriptions
Waaala offers auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Waaala for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the app's operation, or to reverse-engineer the app's AI analysis systems.
6. Intellectual Property
Waaala and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional estimates. We are not liable for any health decisions made based on the app's output.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
